Ashenif Tadele is a lead public researcher at Health System and Reproductive Health Research Directorate, Ethiopian Public Health institute. He’s research focuses on tracing the health system's performance towards SDG 2030, generating evidence on health care quality and equity in RMNCH, and evaluating health programmes and strategies. 

Ashenif is a QuEST Ethiopia member and coordinator of the People's Voice Survey (PVS streams). He contributes to the development and implementation of the people's voice survey, which is a novel measure of health system quality from the people's perspective, focusing on demand for health care, quality of health services, and trust in the health system. He has a bachelor's degree in pharmacy and a master's degree in biostatistics and health informatics.
