Tefera Taddele is senior researcher at EPHI in the health system and reproductive health directorate. He is a public health researcher, working at EPHI since 2013. He has been conducting research activities across the health system and reproductive health at national level, this has included evaluation of program, interventions, and strategies.

His educational Background is BSC in Mathematics and MSc in Population Studies (Demography), RH and FP Management and responsible for generating research ideas, health research design, coordinating overall project implementation, analysis and publication, and mentoring junior researchers and giving training for survey field workers. He has been serving the institute for more than 10 years with experience of working in health system & reproductive health research as a researcher, currently leading RH team as a team leader.  Tefera has been involved in more than 30 articles in different health research areas include NCD, RH, health system, MNC health and immunization. 

Tefera is a member of Ethiopia QuEST team and coordinating Ethiopia MNH E-cohort.
