PSV Global Health Series

The Launch of The People’s Voice Survey on Health System Performance

The Lancet Global Health Series

Tuesday, January  09, 1:30-4pm

Wellcome Collection, London, UK

High-quality health systems are valued and trusted by all people, while responding to changing population needs. Current measurements of health systems fail to capture people’s perspectives at the population level. To fill this gap, the People's Voice Survey (PVS) is a novel, nationally representative, multi-country survey that measures people's perspectives on health system performance.

The six-paper series in the Lancet Global Health draws on PVS data collected in 2022-23 from 15 high-, middle-, and low-income countries. The series aims to examine quality and confidence in health systems and people’s experience with several prominent health system initiatives.
