Choo MooJin M.D., Ph.D is President of KOFIH and council member and central committee member of National Unification Advisory Council since 2018.

He earned his Master of Science in Medicine and doctorate degree in Philosophy from Seoul National University. He was the president of the Korean Medical Association and the Centennial Foundation for Korean Doctors from 2014 to 2018.

Dr. MooJin has served on the Board of Non-executive Directors for a number of national organizations, including Korea Health Personnel Licensing Examination Institute, Korea Institute for Healthcare Accreditation, Korean Institute of Medical Education and Evaluation, and Korea Orphan & Essential Drug Center.

Prior to these positions, He was the associate professor at the College of Medicine at Soonchunhyang University and College of Medicine at Chungbuk National University. He received a Ministerial Commendation from the Minister of Health and Welfare of Republic of Korea in 2014.
